Trending @Capgemini; Why people are worried about Hikes?

Nowadays, most of the posts are related to hike... Why all are worried about it when everyone knows that CG does not pay much?? Please stop posta asking, 'how much percentage hike I can expect for exceeding/succeeding, promotion '... Etc.... Really Getting bored by seeing same posts every day... Not happy to open this app... Please understand that CG does not pay much after YER, mostly A grade people will get 10% to match salary ranges... For B and C it will be less than 5%....

Hikes does not happens.. Every one another company is same.. Hike only happen when an Individual hunt for new job and there he can expect his choice of salary..

😄 I just posted my experience... CG management finds some reasons for not giving hikes... They will hide 99% of our positive things and highlight that 1% negetive thing and deny hikes... All the profits are eaten by the top management.
