Well I guess, loyalty is not received well anymore. Wipro, HCL, TCS, talking to friends, keep on hearing the same story.
They get your replacement for 2.5x to 3x and in the guise of cost cutting, squeezed budget, they settle the loyals for mere 0.04x to 0.10x maximum.
This logic still remains a mystery to me!
