Why no openings for 2YOE software engg?😢

Hey folks, I am serving my NP. I am a full stack dev with expertise in JavaScript + Angular, Node.js, Express.js(MEAN tech stack) with good problem solving skills coupled with automation experience too(BDD, cucumber)

Now when I go thru various company career pages/portals i get to see a lot of openings for Sr. Software engineer i.e. 3+YOE or Java related guys. I am not able to find/very less opening for software engineer roles(that too for JavaScript based)

What can be done? How to optimize my job search, plz share in your inputs. Or if your organization needs someone like me, plz drop a comment let's discuss about my work and skills. Would be happy to connect. TIA
