Trending @Cognizant; Why no open SO in TMP?
Why are there no open SO in TMP? It’s empty? No new business for Cognizant is it?
Only those in vcdp and pdp pool can see SO’s. Also you will have to have your skill profile updated and you can apply for SO’s matching a score of 45 or above

Wc. Once you update your skills you will also have to rate them on a scale of 1-4. For 3 and 4 you will have to submit proof which can be a certification, course and project experience. Next is you have to categorise it to most used, moderately used and rarely used. Limit is 5 skills for most used,7 for moderately used and unlimited for rarely used. Once done it has to be approved by your HM. Do note there is one mode pool where you can continue to be in project but can apply for open so’s within your practice. This also needs HM approval after completion of 18 or 24 months in current project.
