Trending @Accenture; Why no one replies in Accenture?

I Joined Accenture very recently and I am not aware of which WBSE charges code to fill, I am trying to reach out to hr, EM and bench admin no one replies man!

I don't know my PMO yet.

P.S: I am not a fresher :)
