Why most of the people are keep ranting about their present situation /issues here? Also they don’t want to move outside?

I saw most of these people who are very active here are keep ranting about their present situation, policies etc. I am not saying their issues are not genuine, but it seems like agar etna problem h to they should look outside. And work on to enhance their skill set. But mahnat bhi nahi karni aur sab chaiye bhi… complain karna is a bit easy no. So they keep complaining about everything.
