Trending @Accenture; Why medibuddy is not allowing to buy products with benefits you points

What products? Can you specify? As far as i know we can add the benefit points as money wallet and can purchase anything… though i purchased only medicines so far… but curious to know what product u was not able to purchase and what is the message u got?

I'm trying to buy some products related to fitness
