Why this discrimination ? Someone getting 14% someone getting only 10 why this discrimination despite of same joining date and all

The budget allocated to each project is different. Also within same project, individual performance also matters. One who is performing well might get more. Why is this assumed that all people at same level will get same hike and bonus?

It isn’t about it im performing good working in development my friends working in ticketing are getting more hike so whats the point of working hard

I get your point. But like I said budget and head count is different in each project. Also it depends on management what they decide for each individual. And since you seem to be new to corporate world, this disparity will always be there. There are people with 10 years of exp at low package and career level than people with 5-6 years of exp and at higher career level.
