Try to learn slowly. Before that spend some time to analyse and research on the tech/skill which you need to learn. Check it's demand in job market. Like on LinkedIn you can check for job IDs related to that. Everyone has their own bandwidth to grasp things. Don't compare it with others. Start with small videos in udemy or YouTube or any relevant sources. First few days it will be boring and you will not get anything. But after few days/weeks, you will start to gain interest. If you think that, you will start when you will get ample time, it's not going to happen. Whenever and wherever you are trying to do it for 10-15 mins initially. You will get traction gradually. All the best.

Np. Also will suggest, before these. Watch some interviews on YouTube related to the tech stack. You will get a path/ idea, like how and what you need to focus 👍
