Why job market is improved
Recently I have been getting calls from many recruiters. Jobs for which i had applied months ago are suddenly reaching out to me. Looks like lot of companies are hiring again. What could be the reason?
Can you please name the companies that are calling you?
Urban company, Lenskart, Zeta, phonepe, Ather, Google, few US based mid size companies and startups, few from the middle east.

Market is better but will really open up after fed cuts interest rate, us election gets over sensibly or tax laws get better for corporates

I would love to know why people still think ai as a bubble.
I am not convinced that it's a bubble but at the same time everything that AI can do ,it still can't do it perfectly. And people have been saying that it will be perfect in 6months/1 year but that's not happened yet.
LLM are good at producing code, but they don't understand the code they just prediict the next word. so they can make a number of mistakes.
Probably just quarter ending and companies had to complete their limited hiring quota
Are freshers who got stuck at bad companies getting any chances to switch now?
Market it worse, even more than last year.
If market is stable could you please refer for at least support or customer voice process roles....I'm getting rejected even those roles too ....lost hope for tech roles since last 5 months no luck for interview...very poor financial situation right now
