When people with hardly any experience are paid 3-4 lakh per month, it is reasonable to xoect them to do some work. These gen z snowflakes start cribbing even if someone asks for a report.
By far IT/tech sector is the best. There is absolutely no mental health hazard other than constant whining

Manufacturing is worse that IT. R&D teams are better in manufacturing but the rest are worse.
