Why IT companies lose talent fast

Obviously, other than comments like “How much will you stare at your wife”- promotions are slow and unfair, work-life balance is non-existent during crunch periods, tech stack is outdated compared to startups, FAANG, work doesn’t seem relevant and skills don’t seem transferable at times. 3% hikes. Like whattt?? Toxic management
