I am on bench and they are not releasing me despite resignation. They have 45days loss of pay rule then what is the point of keeping the person for 3 months?

Check with advocate, company cannot ask to serve notice period without salary.

It seems it expels the loss of pay clause. I had a detailed discussion on this. But 3 month seems mandate even when practice manager is ready to let go. HR says 3 months is compulsory. No buy off option.
