They don't feel any major concerns about the client leaving because of poor Management/ leadership...ACN stock hitting low...only their big prob is RTO for Leadership

Because they want more people to resign. It's part of silent firing where company wants to retain its reputation in public but want to layoff. So they will ensure that certain policies are in place because of which employees will feel frustrated and eventually leave the company.

Correct, thats why they mentioned L8-L13. Bcoz anyone above that level is critical resource they cant afford mass resigns at high level. If this was really a RTO compliance and "team building" effort they wouldve done it for everyone not just L8-L13

L8-L13 point made me so furious, that there is no respect for them. They do all the hardwork, do long working hours, all for this? To get nothing and forced to come to different location.. such a shitty behaviour

Not sure above levels what they are doing. But there are so many management layers and they are not consolidating that
