Why is TCS not having a tool for Resignation in ultimatix?
Still in the old method of email notice and approval from the manager.
What if the manager delays initating the release in ultimatix?
Even small companies have an internal tool to process the resignation.
Tool or without tool.. Your resignation will be considered once you drop the mail to all relevant people.. If manager and HR delaying you can escalate that but it will not increase your notice period.. Resignation date will be the date when you send the mail

Incident happened with me.. due to personal reason I revoked my resignation last week & got mail settled with manager & RMG.. But HR after 3 months of revoke send mail & I want to discuss on your exit interview & last day.. then shared mail I have.. she told its not updated in the system.. I dont know IN this organization whats problem with transparency 🤦♂️🤦♂️
