Trending @Accenture; Why is reward communication delayed this year?

I am a lead for two people and yesterday we received an email that it will go live on Monday, so from Monday onwards people have to communicate and share the outcomes for promotion and variable pay.

Hight of positivity in me - Are they going to suprise us with extra amount .....

My TL told me that there won’t be any communication instead it will directly updated in rewards portal before EOM.

I’m also at level 8 no communication!! You will get only after 27. And don’t expect more is already known !

I checked with my lead, she is also not aware of the reward communication. And no feedback is going from leads to management. How are they going to decide hikes and promotions?

Atleast discussion should happen between the leads and management to get the feedback on the employees.

From 27th may they will release automatically

I am a lead, I have no info, neither does my lead. It's disappointing.

Management asked people lead to not publish rewards statement until 27th may.

My Lead told me nothing and said she doesn't know. I have no subordinates under me so I cannot also comment
