Why is it so difficult for me to get a job as Business Analyst I lack in communication skills can’t convey my thoughts properly

Tend to forget things as well, all the interviews that I am giving either are too technical or require too much of a good communcation.

And I lack technical skills as I am on a kind of bench period from the 1.5 years of my job And I am not a good communicator as well

Stucked in a vicious cycle

You are very lucky, you know what you need to work on. So get working, no matter what role communication is most important skill, Sachin Tendulkar had the same problem ,kangana ranaut too, if they can turn their image around m sure you can too. All the best.
