Why is it AIDS day and not AIDS Awareness Day?

awareness day doesn't scare people. AIDS Day does. humans do not respond faster/better to positive reinforcements. We need to be shaken. School fees /education cost for kids had a better effect on controlling population than "Hum do humare do". "Hum char humare chaalis" had a better effect in bring vote bank together than "Main nahi, hum".
