why is health insurance premium increasing with the salary hike ?? salary hike is 1%.

Health insurance is covered by third party company. Not only TCS health insurance, in general all health insurance personal or corporate everyone have increased their premiums. The policy which you have in TCS if you buy the same policy outside you will pay more in premiums

Premium will be increased every year by your insurance partner. This is because your age increases and you will more prone to get hospitalised. If TCS is actually paying the amount to 3rd party insurance that is completely different topic we are not sure about it
