Why is everyone leaving TCS just joined the platform and all I can see is BYE BYE TCS !

Here are the main reasons: Most of the spoiled onsite old timers have created a culture of harrassment of offshore resources because 1- They lost their Technical skills and completely dependent on offshore resources. 2- They put unneccesary presure on offshore resources and treat them very badly 3- Most of them are frustated with their life and working in silos ( some jungle, desert, remote village )
4 - They never work after ~ 4pm despite having permanent WFH and expect offshore to be availalble 24x7. 5- They think that by becoming an old timers and onsite employees they are priviledged. 6- Most of them have created groups and their own eco system based on region(same state,village, language, cast etc from India) and they give onsite opportunities to only their own people. 7- They dont deserver the salary TCS is paying to them. 8- They are the worst ppl with no ethics or value

TCS took back the WFH which they initially promised. They are tying up Variable pay with office attendance.

Not many could accept that.

i guess other things like toxic project, one digit hike, less salary if we stay for a longer time are pretty much common in other service based companies.

I just got salary today , there is no change in salary in TCS after hike.They increase health insurance premium and took away the little hike I got .
