3rd class hiring of management roles and developers' roles is the second reason. Yhe first reason- everyone knows is that good people leaving because of exploitation, poor pay and office politics.

Which market region? EMEA or any other?

Good people are leaving and management is replacing them with third class people.

Everyone is only talking about cost, quality is badly compromised.

Even with other projects also clients are moving out..don't know the reason my same building 3 project rolled off Aug 31st

Many good cleints are not renewing their contracts, those are there have very tight budgets. Accenture fees are high on top of that all money going in GenAI
