Money collected from Infosys welfare trust is used for multiple things like Infosys foundation and some portion is used for a group term insurance for all employees . Term insurance is something your family collects when you pass away while in service. Amount insured depends on your JL. You can check your insurance eligibility in the total rewards centre

Some person are asking why govt asking us to pay income tax why we need to pay ? Some are asking why Infosys/ tcs etc are asking us to pay welfare trust cost if possible those person can file a PIL in court to get clear statement. From concern department / company

But whatever it is when we are under the floods or unforeseen situation of earth we will ask what did do now ? But we won’t questions ourself why did I choose this company (with signing agreement) or govt to run why didn’t file PIL so that we will resolved our own issue quickly

Instead we will stick to our luxuries life or keep our family expanding

Bottom line is We need to ask the questions correctly not just a question it should real question

Yes i agree in donating to others when someone in need. Not everyday employee count is reducing cause of death.
Infy have enough reserves to pay..
no hikes, no promotions,
This trust is just for filling their own pockets.. out of 100, 2 or 3 is getting benefit that money infy can also provide from their own purse..

Work for 70hrs and take peanuts is policy

I know some don’t like this words but that’s the reality but no one raises the voice just because of job. To be frank even I’m the one of them.. that’s the reason we choose this platform to discuss anonymously
