Why indian IT services cannot survive in AI era like google did!

Consider this. Hardly a year ago Google was almost losing AI race to OpenAI. Enter the co founders Larry page & sergey brin. They own 51% company control even today also. If they wanted, they could just enjoy the dividend money each year. Just like that. Yet, when saw google is losing the race, they just put their full force. Again. Imagine an engineer at Google has a brilliant idea but stuck with org bureaucracy, reach out to co founders. If they the find the merit, your idea will go though. just like that. There was a policy that google ppl could not use Google gemini for coding(as mentioned in one of their interview). These ppl simply removed that. No extra meetings. No policy change process. Simply gone. That attitude worked. Google is now back in the race with nano banana & the TPUs.

Look at the Indian IT. Top 3 indian IT companies are still influenced by the founders, which are majority stake owners. But their only concern in life is dividends. Nothing else. They have enough capital to take risks, develop new products. & Founders have enough company control to push for Innovation. But founders don't want to take risk.

Innovation is an attitude. These IT companies founders don't have that. No wonder they will lose in AI era big time.
