Why in recent days pregnant women are releasing to bench before their maternal break anyone came across this how to deal with?

This seems to me that project is trying to safeguard other candidates and release pregnant women. As Legally TCS can not sack pregnant women during pregnancy and maternity level, I guess projects thinking that they are playing safe game.

But In past I have seen that project don't co-operate extending maternity leave and will create situation such that lady will resign out of frustration.
