
Highlight skills first, education at the bottom. Relevant coursework section is irrelevant.
I know this is a standard format for service based companies but if you're targeting product based companies you should use the x,y,z framework to highlight your work. Having separate sections for projects and experience wouldn't work with them.

Further, reading from your tcs experience, I'm not able to tell what project you worked on and how to tie your TCS work and your project work together.

For someone who has been working since 2020 your resume does not stand out.
Try to quantify your work and write impact. But also explain how you did it. Use jargons less. “Modernize” means nothing in CV LOL. I ignored it and so would other recruiters and hiring managers.
