You have mentioned you know React, Angular , Java , Python , Spring boot in technical skills. But you have only mentioned java and spring boot in your "work experience" .
HR's usually check the technical skills mentioned in the work experience, so you might want to add them there. And make sure you bold them.

Also , in your frontend skills , you have mentioned HTML , CSS , JavaScript before React.js and Angular. I'd say move React and Angular to the front , and then mention the rest.

You have mentioned so many skills in your resume - frontend , backend , fullstack , ETL - that , it makes it kind of hard to believe you have mastery over one domain. So what I'd suggest is - make different resumes for different roles. For eg: if you create a frontend resume , go hard with all the frontend skills you know , and add "some" other skills. That way they feel like you have mastery over a specific skill set.

Are you trying through Naukri and LinkedIn? Try applying directly through company's career sites as well. Also try to update your Naukri's profile as serving notice period. You will start getting bunch of calls.
