why hierarchy in TCS is so messed up. I report to A who report to B who report to C who again report to A, how this can be called hierarchy?

Sounds less like a hierarchy and more like an infinity loop with a touch of deadlock, where reporting feels like debugging circular dependencies.

I feel like they have made this hierarchy that way so that any kind of approval won't go outside their managing circle. As if I want to go on a leave for a couple of days, the manager won't approve but he wants to go on leaves, it gets immediately approved.

They have found a (loop)hole

it's even more messed up than it seems man, because of this crooked hierarchy getting exceptions seems like a mountain to conquer...

Actually they don't want individuals to escalate above that's why to make super seniors unknown they do this kind of shit

C is not actually reporting to A. C delegates his tasks to A. So A can do those tasks.

Power always lies with C only.

then my question is why C not allocating their work to B who comes immediately under is hierarchy!!

How this is possible? Is it some matrix kind of reporting structure coming due to client side way of working? But I am sure it won't be like that when it comes to Aprisal, SPEED.
