Hello everyone all the mid age experienced and hardworking people here, why find jobs is getting difficult after 40s and how to overcome this?

Because beyond a certain years of exp,. It's not talent that gets you moving its contacts. People in the top don't hire someone because they are good. They hire someone whom they can trust. So after 40, growth comes only with "pull" from the top.
