Trending @Accenture; Why for associate the pf deduction is 3600 and for analyst 1800 in Accenture?

PF deduction is based on basic salary. Associates might have a higher basic salary than analysts, hence the difference in PF amounts

When doing compensation plan, they might have selected different options.

There's Fixed which is 1800. And then there's 12% of basic salary.
