why flipkart hires female candidates ?
Recently Flipkart opened an off campus hiring for 2023 batch for SDE positions and it was mentioned that any one can apply, but today got to know that female candidates received the interview call and offer. so if you are a male then neither of the filters like college tag, coding profile, development profile etc matters to Flipkart. you just need to be a girl for getting into a Flipkart Bhai agr tu Candidate Master bhi hai to bhi Flipkart tujhe Nahi hire Kare gi😅
You are getting the whole world and that's not enough, now you want jobs of women too? Acknowledge your male privilege, be graceful and grateful. Women face challenges from the moment they are born. Men make it so difficult for them to get education and jobs. Until and unless, women contribute equally to India's GDP, we will never grow. But how will they contribute to our GDP if men like you exist.
@Nick Unfortunately, it's the other way around – these diversity folks are snagging jobs from deserving candidates. If they've got the skills, why not shine on their own merit instead of seeking diversity support? The answer is simple – let's not be freeloaders.
All these diversity folks if they were males would not even have got the call! So chill pro max! And face truth.
'If', if at all these girls are the so called diversity candidate with no real qualifications, it will show up in their performance. Why are you so butthurt when your puberty isn't even complete yet. Learn to be respectful when you respond to someone on this platform.
