I know it is dependent on Organisational and Unit performance, but in all quarters, Is TCS doing so bad or this is just an excuse to loot employees indirectly And now they have introduced new Funda of RTO, so they are planning to loot more🥲

C3B are getting below 40% every quarter!

May be the strategy is pull out the money from variable and add a portion of it to your appraisal and save money. That way they are balancing economy. And from that portion, percentage goes back to variable pay and this goes on and on.. and our chase is down the rabbit hole comrades! Pity ourselves

Getting 30-40%in LSHC domain,cutting QVA,but not giving any where.in full year a huge cut.first company I saw like this.it is my 6 th company

Just because the topline (revenue) is increasing marginally (1-2%) the entire focus is in cost cutting to increase the bottomline (profit) to keep the shareholders invested.

BFSI growth is in negative. So C3A and above will get less QVA. How much is the QVA for C3A and above from manufacturing domain which has shown positive results?
