Why employees staying more 10 yrs in tcs
As the hike is very less in every year then why tcs employees are working since last 10 yrs. What are the growth opportunities they are getting here?
Comfort zone limits their earning potential
Most of the people in tcs thinks this way having peaceful life is better than chasing money
Totally true. Also ppl joining from outside create this impression, that outside it's too tough and lot of politics and claim TCS is far better in all ways
Job security
The changes has happened in compensation and stuff since milind has taken over in the past I know multiple people who got corrections and stuff and believe me there packages are very much inline with market.again not all get it. Secondly there people who are payrolls of TCS but never work for it. It's like they know what is bare minimum and never go beyond. Parllely most of them start second income source.
