Why don't we all get together to report that tcs is cutting qva for all of us ? Please share your thoughts
Where were you guys when people got D band and their ctc got reduced to a significant level? That time you didn’t think of coming together and protesting. This is the problem with whole IT, it’s not your problem until it happens with you.
That's true and nothing wrong with it. It's natural to fight for yourself. People come together on a common cause. There is total unrest in the organisation. It is right time to strike.
If u want to serve in this kind of environment better don’t cry , and if u need more upgrade ur skills and go out u will have better opportunities, it’s better not to complain rather than take proactive action . Like this if every good people leave TCS then it will learn a lesson their shares will go down , clients will loose trust and move for better competitors.
It is evident that they are not caring for skilled people. That has never been a concern for TCS. Even in good times. Over all this is the goal of all of it. High paying jobs by high experienced people are not required. They can easily be replaced by less experienced and cheap labour. That's why they are now a days focussing on graduates rather than engineers. IT work is no longer a rocket science.

The only option we have is take a release and be on bench, either way it’s just a QVA which will get affected.
