Why doesn’t TCS have an official exit portal like all other companies? Is there a specific thought process or strategic reasoning behind it?

The same reason it's easy to sign up for some service / dth / internet connection, but extremely difficult to disconnect. Making something difficult that's not in the interest of the company.
