Trending @Infosys; Why does no one want to stay at Infosys?
As far as staying and growing in any company takes time, the thing is I have honestly met no one who is willing to see their future in Infosys, they all want to switch, especially in the technical roles. What is the reason for that.
Extremely slow 🐌 growth both career wise and financially
Career as well as financial growth is too slow. Salary offered here is not as per market standards for long term employees and infy don't care about them. Recently I came across few lateral joined having exp between 5-8 having CTC offered between 13-21. Considering there skillset I found few my juniors are much better than laterals but they didn't get any hike since last 2years. Even if they get increament of 50% they won't be having CTC more than 7lpa
I had been working with infosys since last 5.6 years and pay was extremely low despite of having rating as commendable. As mentioned above, I felt like we are far better than few of the laterals joined and still no financial growth. Hence put paper without offer in hand and grabbed an offer of 150% hike.
Don’t stay at a place were you are not valued!
Could you please tell me where did you finally switched to ? I completed 5 years and have been looking out for the last 10 months and NP and market situation are very poor. 3 years of no hike and I'm feeling like a BPL person.
Why not I'm working in Indy from last 2.5 year starred getting 19k take away Mannual testing project are hectic not able to reskill or upskill I'm 25 this year no idea about future and worst part not giving home anything so what left in 19k nowadays nothing gonna work girl leave you coz u have nothing no financial back-up and not from good background all round I'm feel stuck here and worst office culture

Poor culture and no proper training and development. To survive here I do the trainings myself paid from myself.
