Why does every IT company in India has 90 days notice period but they want jobseekers to have to join in less than 30 days ?

Cause Indian employees are slaves. Regardless of the fact you agree or not we’re just cheap labour.

We keep licking our bosses asses and work on for pennies for the dollar. We have no self respect so we settle for less.

The same reason they give such low salary.
"Because they can", and they know they still would get enough competent employees to finish their projects and make money.
