Trending @Accenture; Why does ATCI crowd does not want to work and get on everyone’s nerves by just not taking any ownership.

It is super frustrating to work with ATCI

Main reasons are: 1.salary is less when compared to work we do.. 2.most peoples working in different techstack as they forced to work.. 3. No worklife balance.. 4.They treat ATCI as milking cow..just for billing..

Bruh in my project we are overworked and nobody got promoted. 3 out of 5 of my team members have already left the company, and 1 SA is going in January. Even after getting burnt out by weeks of unpaid overtime, still we don't get appreciated by our manager and never got recognized by the project leadership. Why should we take ownership then?

Keep aside appreciation bro. Sometimes we get depreciation for no fault of ours😅

I am an ATCI crowd. i was forced to work in a project where I never wanted to be. after saying no multiple times. my salary is not enough to take ownership. I get paid in peanuts. thus planning to resign without offer letter.

I still feel bad for those who want to move out and are stuck here. Please upgrade yourself.
But what about those who call themselves who don’t want to upgrade and show as if they know a 1000 things and in reality they know nothing. Just looking for lame reasons how they couldn’t finish the work.
