Why do they need so much information?

Surprised they didn’t ask for my blood sample. I mean, seriously, the amount of info they wanted from me was insane. They asked for everything except my blood type.

On one hand, I understand they need to verify and keep things secure. But on the other hand, how much personal data do you really need? It's a bit much, no?

What do you guys think? Is all this data collection really necessary?
