Why do TCS HRs act like the busiest people on the planet, when they are not.

HRs juggle many tasks, which can cause delays. Keep communication formal and escalate if needed. Patience is key.

I dont know how can anyone believe that HR is going to give clarity on any question/query. Its basically their job to give everyone hard time. Apart from the time when you were supposed to join organisation when did you last felt HR was of some help.
Please think logical, take sick leave if not EL. If you are unallocated or not having much work then stay quiet, do your everyday chores and enjoy. No need to highlight it anywhere by asking question to multiple stakeholders.
