Why do some people always look fashionable while I still feel like something’s missing?
I’ve been trying to improve how I dress — I buy clothes, sometimes even expensive ones — but I still don’t quite feel stylish. No matter what I wear, something always feels a little off or just “okay.”

It's not the clothes, it's how you carry yourself.
Confidence is the key
In your head you should feel that you light up any room that you enter into.it’s not about the clothes it’s about you.

You need to buy things that are not just the "ones trending" but the one that would be able to carry your body, your skin and especially your comfort and thus your confidence.
Start small, just look into the mirror and see what feels like it is made for you, what type of clothes you enjoy wearing. Full sleeves shirt or half? Simple t-shirt or polo? Baggy pants or jeans? You need to know your colors, you feel yourself in dark colours, bright or neutral?
Gradually, you will build it, don't stress and also, don't believe in other's validation, believe in your own. Wear what you find good on yourself.

Let me give you a tip from my end... So if you are a boy try to maintain a fit body. If your body is good any clothes look good on you so at least you feel comfortable to wear anything. Next step so we are into it so I think you have some formal outfits. If you are a tall guy no need to maintain anything simply you look good in that body. If you are a average height guy then try to wear plain light pink and white and black shirts. It goes well on any color. If you have a white skin tone or dusky skin doesn't matter. Even I like dusky boys. Let me tell you the reason most of them out there fall for words and your confidence. So maintain that. On top of that once you get the first impression. Whatever you wear nothing matters you look the same. No one cares because they have their own headaches. So be healthy and be confident.

May be it’s more about confidence and less about style?
