I went through multiple rounds of interview for a PM role. Been a week now and nothing from the HR. Dropped an email and WhatsApp but to no avail. Any reason they do like this? Is it ok to keep my hopes on or jus chuck them.?
HRs are like these - probably they have other candidate in queue who is either asking less or they think is better suited and hence they want to get their rounds done and keep you as backup.
