Why do companies do this, I’m struggling to understand what I might be doing wrong.
I’ve been interviewing with them for the past month & suddenly, they went silent right before the final round. I have no idea what I might be doing wrong. this is the second time it’s happened. It’s starting to affect my confidence, and I can’t help but feel disappointed.
They were basically having you on hold while they were completing an interview with someone who would be cheaper. I had the experience multiple times after giving all rounds.
Koi sasta mil gya hoga. They don’t care about what you bring to the table, they just care if you’re lighter on the pocket.
Either they got someone for cheaper price or some random guy got referral from some big shot in the company 🌝
I just wish they could have shared some real feedback not this 50-50 thing.
