Why do all Indian government websites sucks ???

Almost all the government's own websites are slow and responsive. 5 min tasks will take at least one day of effort to finish on the website. Why does nobody talk about it ??

What can be done from our end to make it better ?

Example - EPFO, UAN, Adhar card, Income tax return, DL / LL and all

My last few experiences with govt services.

EPFO wasn't working for more than a month.
Indiapost tracking has been horrible.
EPFO who boasts of online services rejected online PF transfer and asked to submit physical form.
Passport was granted 1 month ago but till date no call for physical verification.
Patwari in my hometown have lost our file 2 times in 1 year. Submitted 3rd time. It's almost a bid to harras and extort money.

Basically govt has choked funds for all services and busy in PR and jingoism. Most manipulative regime we have. No genuiness no shame left anywhere.
