Why did you choose to migrate to microservices?

I would like to understand what your experiences were based on which you thought monolith is not working as expected? I usually find that monolith takes a lot of time to deploy and the other thing is impact of any change is shared across the Infra. Want to know about some real world scenarios.

Will prefer honest engineers from senior engineers.
