Why did Capgemini rejected me saying TCS is 💩
Applied at Capgemini and the HM literally said to my face that I was performing better than most TCS folks she has interviewed. I asked why so she said that the talent bar is low at TCS and people in industry think that we are outdated. I got the offer but I obviously rejected the offer because it was only 15% hike. What do you even think?
Oh come on, does Capgemini have the role named "SDE-1". On the other side, most of the TCS employees seem saturated and comfortable here. So, you can't expect them to be insanely skilled and well performing in interviews.
@NotAnotherDev Product Engineer role is equivalent to SDE-1. You wouldn't understand I think. I think you are benched that is why?
Also, this is a bad thing that they are saturated and comfortable. When they get benched they will get laid off harder than anything.
Hahaha, seems they don't know the reality, no offence but Capgemini is the worst company I came across in 13 years of career. TCS is also not the best but far far better than Capgemini.
How did you get call ? I am getting calls due to 90 days notice period they are not scheduling ut for interview.so how they agreed for 90days wait??
There are lot of talented folks at TCS too who are looking for a way out of here. That HM must be high on something to think that Capgemini is not the same.

HMs are bound to say all these BS even though they themselves work in the worst companies many skilled and growth mindset people are looking for just on opportunity to way out and upgrade themselves but due to many so called policies they are stuck
