Trending @Cognizant; Why CTS is playing with freshers life who got selected in 2022?
Iam 2022 passed out, got selected in CTS through campus placements , later got onboarding now currently iam 1.8months in CTS ,but actually Iam was not satisfied with what they are doing
Me and my friend are still didn't get proper project for 2 years as a freshers we didn't get any proper project working experience, now they released us from the projects and now we are in bench even after applying for many jobs in TMP we couldn't get any proper job call this is not for me , many of them where facing this , this should not happen for us as this is our first company they giving us very worst experience
So as the aging period starts they will force us to quit the job.
Cts have no projects... almost 70 % are in bench and 55 days aging policy is running
70% means 210000 employee are on bench ?

Same is happening even if they schedule interview they don't select ,saying we don't have handson experience and that too it's too much to ask pdp people to come all 5 days with no proper facility.
Completely true, joined cts in 2022 and have worked in a project just 5 months and since then i have been in bench with no work, no projects to apply and applied projects are getting rejected simply. I should agree this is the worst phase of life. I just want a good stable job 🤷🏻♀️

I have joined in March 23. I have been allocated to a project and non-billable with no role. It's been almost 15 months contacted almost 60-70 manager, associate, sr project managers and sbu head but no luck.
