In which way are you talking about micro management? As an employee honestly tell me how much time of break do you take within 10 hours.
Hmm I start my work at 10:30 end at 9pm.
I take a 30-45 mins lunch break.
And in the evening 30mins dinner break.
Share your thoughts.
It does not matter when do you start and end. It matters what is your productivity during these hours. Has your velocity increased with years of experience? If you are delivering same amount of work then that's a challenge
Lack of project, less growth, high salaries for management etc cts is now titanic. Going to sink soon.

Yeah that's what i am saying. People like me are planning to leave CTS asap. From my project atleat 8 folks looking actively outside out of 14. Till cts obsver and act on it by that time it would have sank.
Because Cognizant's Ceo is trained by Narayan Murthy uncle. This is coming from top..be it office mandate, micro management, force resign. Naryan narayanðŸ«
Black sheep will destroy the work culture and create a toxic work environment.
The management is worst.
Daily they want a new sheet or some new process to follow.
I am like man let us do the work.
We are already overworking!!
It's on managers they don't want to work just they want to push their work to their subordinates.
