Why clients are making interviews so hard these days just like direct hires in their company

Because they realise indian It companies do fraud and put freshers or low skill people . One or two people actually and remaining eat them like a parasite without doing any work .

I don’t know But i am also seeing this trend. I know a lot of people who are good at their area , but still getting denied by clients just for not knowing one skill out of all the 10-15 skills they are asking.
