Trending @Capgemini; Why aren't interviews happening for bench ppl ?
I've joined cg in sep 2024 and have been in bench since Dec 2024. We were told to post our emp ids for eligible projects in a general grp in teams and then the first 10 members or so to post will be formed into a grp and will be interviewed. I have been into 3 such groups till now but not a single interview has taken place. When asked, the rmg team has said that it has to do with the person taking the interview and yet they are pressuring us to get projects. Does anyone know what's even happening?
These people are like this only. Get ready bro. No one cares here. Do each and every thing to get a project. Write n number of mails to your staffing partner keeping you all managers in cc. Asked them everyday on mail. At the end they will fire you by saying u didnt get any project so we terminate u. They will not listen to anything. This happened to my one friend.mail director as well this is the situation i am not getting any calls. Just get into the project anyhow.
