Trending @HCL; Why are you still working in HclTech? What is your excuse?

Waiting to complete my 3 yrs it experience which will be done in 1 month

Relaxed project , I came from a startup based company where the work culture is close to non existent. Here no one really gives you extreme deadlines or expect you to work 18 to 20 hours per day which I used to do. Also you can take leaves as you like and no one will really question much. Whereas previous company would just do loss of pay if the leaves are not approved. Peace of mind is more important for me.

90 days of notice period is causing the problem to leave

No excuses started attending interview outside

I have already resigned. I will not be working for the HCL. No more excuse.
